What an incredible experience at PerformX Summit 2025! Every session was a masterclass in bold leadership, smart strategy, and high performance. From powerful conversations to practical insights, it was a reminder that excellence isn’t an act — it’s a culture. The future truly belongs to those who build bold, execute smart, and perform beyond. 💡✨
It’s my special day and I thought to share with you somethings I have learnt. ❤️ and 💡
1. Most times, we choose manipulation over vulnerability. Instead of saying, “I feel hurt by your absence,” we say, “You abandoned me.”
2. Vulnerability requires responsibility, while manipulation uses guilt as currency.
3. Unfortunately, some people are not here to evolve — they are here to remind you what it looks like if you don’t.
4. We have confused inconsistency with excitement, and we have confused stability with boredom. We have convinced ourselves that love is chasing someone, rather than wanting someone who never wants to leave.
5. “It’s very common and easy to be mean; however, it takes a mature mind to be kind to everyone.”Rudeness is not a prerequisite for honesty.
6. Sometimes it takes breaking a rib during CPR compressions to bring a person back to life.
7. The people who love you respect you, value you, support you, and are willing to change themselves for you.
8. No matter your status — married, in a relationship, or friendship — no one will ever love you exactly how you want. That’s your job and God’s job. The sooner you stop projecting your expectations, the better.
9. Facts are not up for debate. Opinion and fact are not the same. Google doesn’t always explain everything — there are experts in fields for a reason. The literacy crisis is real. Research the word expert.
10. It is very important to be a good person. It matters more than you think.
11. Always remember that people who are happy with their lives will always be rooting for you.
12. I highly recommend you find yourself a clingy, lovey-dovey partner. Life is too short to spend it with people who act like showing love is a chore.
13. You can’t be nasty and needy. It’s natural for people to protect themselves from those who try to hurt them. Decency is the price you pay for access.
14. Learn to stop surviving. There’s a difference between surviving and thriving. Inherited survival patterns work so well that we think they are personality traits.
