AD 6 months postpartum and I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere with my postpartum hair loss. I’ve been using the new @redken Acidic Full Grow system which includes a 3 step routine. Shampoo and conditioner Scalp and hair serum Instant densifying spray I am already seeing an improvement around my hairline from the hair loss and I also love how it makes your hair feel instantly fuller after just one wash. #postpartumhairloss #hairtransformation #haircare #hairloss

My 4yr old had his first sleepover!!! (At my parents) and here’s how it went… Entirely his idea, very spontaneous and we had no plans - worked out well that way as it took away and stress and anxiety of him potentially getting upset and wanting to come home. I very rarely leave him. We had a summer where we had a few weddings and tbh it was hell and very stressful. We even went through a stage where he wouldn’t even leave the house to go to the park with grandparents without us. He’s always been quite attached - not sure why but I think we’re coming out the other side of it! I wonder is Sophia will be the same!!

AD The BEST medicine for when you’re all feeling a bit under the weather is a trip to the park in the ☀️ for some vitamin D, loaded up with our new favourite snacks full of all organic fruit and veggies, no added sugars or preservatives AND no concentrates, and all organic @onceuponafarm which has just launched in the UK at @wholefoodsuk Kensington, King’s Road & Piccadilly Let’s be honest, kids love a pouch, well mine do anyway and finally being able to find one which hasn’t got any of the nasties in is a total game changer as a snack for on the go.

Monday morning vlog 🌸 Best parenting hack for weekends where you’re stuck with what to do.. the grandparents house!! Also let this be your sign to book that mums and bubs workout class. It makes you feel so good, Pilates especially helps with the postpartum back/posture and I look forward to it every week.

AD My number 1 most used baby item: the @ergobaby carrier I use it every single day, multiple times a day. Especially as a mum to two, strapping Sophia to me, especially in the evening when she’s getting tired, makes EVERYTHING so much easier. Especially when making my sons dinner, or hanging the washing etc. I also love it for our sunshine walks. Sophia really loves it and it’s her safe space. It instantly calms her in a moment of chaos. It comes EVERYWHERE with me.. lunches out, supermarket trips. If I have it with me and Sophia kicks off, I know I can just put her in the carrier and she instantly calms. She also comes to Pilates with me in it. NOT all carriers are equal guys.. This is actually my 4th carrier so I have tried and tested a few. The @ergobaby carrier is: - Suitable from newborn (not all of them are and I found this out for myself too) - You can use it outward facing, on your back and even on your hip (AMAZING) - They support your baby’s natural position supporting their growing bodies (VERY IMPORTANT) - Definitely my most comfortable carrier and also breathable - Super easy to pop on and off when you’re on your own with them Do your research guys.. just like you would with your baby’s car seat. They spend a lot of time in the carrier so it is really important to make sure you are getting the right one for your baby which is going to keep them SAFE, COMFORTABLE and support their growing bodies in the best way Use my code Frankie15 for 15% off ♥️♥️ AD
