🏗️🏡 The Benjamin II Apartments Break Ground in Franklinton
Construction is officially underway on Benjamin II Apartments, a four-story, 75-unit residential development at 511 W. Town St. in Franklinton. The project is a joint venture between @rockypointpartners and @bensonllc , and is located directly across from the original Benjamin Apartments.
The original Benjamin Apartments were taken over and significantly improved by Benson Capital in 2024, helping stabilize and elevate the property and setting the stage for the second phase now under construction.

The project replaces former industrial buildings and continues the neighborhood’s momentum as one of Columbus’ most active redevelopment zones.

Today we acquired another large Class A apartment complex in the highly desirable Dublin, OH school district, well below replacement cost, in partnership with Oldtown Capital. Here’s a sneak peek of Park Monroe in Columbus that I am proud to have helped fund and bring to life. The project recently achieved a major milestone with occupancy taking place in part of the building. Residential units, amenity spaces, and the parking garage are nearing completion, with furnishings and fitness equipment already in place. The pool deck is also taking shape just in time for the warmer months ahead.
