Much like the Benjamin Franklin bifocals signage adorning our buildings, this project is a symbol of vision, advancement, and community. This next phase continues our commitment to creating a thoughtful, well-designed community in one of Columbus’ most creative and fast-growing neighborhoods. Inspired by some of our favorite hotels, the goal is simple—deliver a comfortable, elevated living experience that feels both modern and welcoming. Town St. in Franklinton. The project is a joint venture between @rockypointpartners and @bensonllc , and is located directly across from the original Benjamin Apartments. The original Benjamin Apartments were taken over and significantly improved by Benson Capital in 2024, helping stabilize and elevate the property and setting the stage for the second phase now under construction.
