It is with great pride that I announce a project that I have been developing for more than 10 years, with the support of all the people who have crossed my educational path and contributed to my growth as a padel professional 🤩💪🏻
Many thanks to all of them for believing, trusting and motivating me to continue in this sport every day, as if it were my first, always with the aim of being the best coach possible.
From my perspective, there are no good or bad methodologies, coaches or teaching methods. They can all be categorized within this dichotomy according to the needs that the athlete may present. That's why some may be effective with some professionals and others not so much. In this way, methodologies correspond to a personal perspective that works as a catalyst for each professional's experience, based on concrete results throughout their career.
That said, my methodology is based on non-linear teaching with a perspective that encompasses several other perspectives in which control and autonomy are present sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the level of the athlete in question. With teaching that encompasses analytical and guided discovery, among others, with the aim of being used according to the needs identified by the coach with the students.

The first edition of the Iberian Padel Experience 2026 took place from March 28th to April 1st.
An event with history — we proudly celebrated the 10th edition in collaboration with @cepac.padel in Madrid.
This high-performance training experience featured a world-class coaching team: 🇪🇸 @matiasdiazthewarrior , 🇦🇷 @gastonmalacalza and 🇵🇹 @franfreitas.padel , who joined forces to combine their technical and tactical expertise in personalized intensive weeks tailored to every player’s level.

A implementação tem sido “oleada” desde Agosto, directamente com a equipa de treinadores MPC que têm demonstrado uma coesão, predisposição para aprender e espírito crítico muito bom.
A metodologia Fran é multidisciplinar assente numa pedagogia não-linear, que considera a heterogeneidade dos alunos, a relevância na capacidade de adaptação na relação de treinador-atleta e adaptação às especificidades do jogador.
