Hatis Noit is a Japanese singer who hails from faraway Shiretoko in Hokkaido and now lives in London. Hatis Noit is an amazing self-taught singer who has been inspired by everything she could find, from gagaku - Japanese classical music - to opera styles, Bulgarian and Gregorian chants, avant-garde and pop singers. Hatis Noit has collaborated with Kevin Richard Martin aka The Bug and the NYX Electronic Drone Choir and can be heard on recordings by her compatriot Masayoshi Fujita and Ukrainian pianist and Continuous Music pioneer Lubomyr Melnyk. She has been invited by David Lynch to perform at his Manchester International Festival in 2019, followed by headline shows across Europe and beyond, culminating in a much-acclaimed, sold-out London show with the London Contemporary Orchestra at the Southbank Centre. Named "One To Watch in 2020" by The Guardian, Hatis Noit collaborated with cinematographer Vincent Moon for Elevate in Graz, Austria, and has worked on several bespoke music commissions, including Wanderlust as her contribution to the Erased Tapes compilation Music for kō.

Focus of her journalistic and curatorial practice is sonic experimentation and dissident streams of electronic music. As Inou Ki Endo, she appreciates infernal and cerebral sounds beyond the mainstream, focusing on techno, industrial, ambient and noise. Strelka organizes concerts under the name @strumandiodine , curates the @unsafeandsounds in Vienna and is part of the curatorial team of @elevate_festival in Graz.

For the performance at Frameworks 2023 Heidel and Ronsdorf want to concentrate on the minimum: Saxophone and voice. It is an experiment, both for the audience and for Ronsdorf and Heidel.
Ralph Heidel is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and producer. His 3rd record MODERN LIFE was released last summer. Heidel creates a sphere in which all his and our feelings find space. He succeeds in sketching atmospheric images in great detail and bringing them to life without naming them.
Finn Ronsdorf is a ballad singer, composer and artist. According to Vogue, he is "with his almost philosophical approach on the way to becoming one of the most interesting pop faces in Germany", and the WELT simply calls him a "Gesamtkunstwerk".

toechter is a Berlin based string trio exploring the use of acoustic string instruments in sound design. Based on their classical training, they explore the percussive and lyrical range of their instruments with the help of effect pedals, vocal textures and other electronic tools. toechter create impressive and exciting soundscapes by manipulating and sampling their instruments (violin, viola, cello), thus creating completely unique pop musical language.
