There is nothing I love talking about more than company culture. Why? Because your people are foundation of every single thing a company builds. 🏗️✨
In the creative and tech world, culture is the heartbeat. It’s what keeps people happy, innovating, and evolving. It’s the secret sauce that makes the work amazing.
But more importantly, I firmly believe culture is the grounding that helps people survive and embrace the constant change in the world, and in their career path.
At Framework NYC, I took the stage to talk about a paradox: As the AI revolution hits max speed, what parts of our culture do we need to change, and, more importantly, what parts must we double down on more than ever?
Change is inevitable. Especially in Entertainment, and definitely within Virtual Production and digital IP workflows. But when your foundation is solid, “change” stops being a threat and starts being an opportunity.
A huge thank you to the @framework_org team, and especially @lauradfrank , for embracing a topic that was more “people-focused” at a conference so deeply rooted in tech innovation. It’s wonderful to talk about the machines and innovations. For me, it’s always much more rewarding to talk about the humans behind them. 🥂

My involvement with @framework_org always brings new community opportunities and last night’s event was no exception. At a time where our industry is facing so many challenges, both recurring and new, meet-ups like the one we had at @epicgames.uk in London are so valuable. It gives our community the chance to connect, share, exchange thoughts and learn from one another’s experiences. Last night we had the privilige to listen to the amazing work that @joriscorthout and the team at @prismax.be are doing on projects across the globe.
But perhaps the take-home moment of the night was the inclusion of amazing new and upcoming talent like @linda.wachaga and @elettra____ in a panel conversation, next to seasoned veterans @andyhookuk and @lewiskylewhite Having the opportunity to talk with them and share their insights with the people in the room is so valuable and embodies what we stand for with @framework_org : to bring the video community together—to share knowledge, support one another, and shape where we go next.
That’s a fantastic way to end the week.
