The frame:work New Talent List returns for its 6th year, recognizing the next generation of pixel artists, technologists, and system thinkers.
This year’s cohort includes 40+ international honorees featuring emerging entertainment technologists already operating within core industry workflows. They are building real-time environments, programming media servers, and designing content for creative video display and interactive pipelines. Through our New Talent speed interview meetup with 15 leading companies, frame:work assists in forming direct pathways into professional practice.
For 2026, we’re taking an exciting new step to amplify our mentorship mission.
In partnership with Disguise, we're introducing the Disguise Acceleration Grant, supporting two honorees with hands-on training, access to software, and paid industry experience designed to help emerging talent move from potential into practice. We are excited to announce that the inaugural grant recipients this year will be Loren Hawley who is studying Creative Lighting Control at Rose Bruford College & Lilliana Lopez who is studying Experience Design at Arizona State University.
