Hi, I’m Imogen Fox, the founder of Foxy Locks 💫
I started this brand back in 2009 on the floor of my bedroom in my parents’ house. I had no money, no team, and no experience… just a girl with a passion to create hair extensions that looked natural, felt beautiful, and gave women confidence – just like they did for me.
16 years later, Foxy Locks has grown into a global brand loved by women everywhere. But it hasn’t come easy. Running a business has meant late nights, sacrifices, mistakes, and plenty of challenges. I’ve seen competitors try to copy what I built… but Foxy Locks has always stood apart, because it was built on something you can’t replicate: real care, passion, and values that have never faltered.
Foxy Locks is still independent, still mine, and still fuelled by heart. And that’s what makes me most proud.
Most of all, I want to thank, YOU, every single customer who has supported me, shared my products, and have worn my brand with pride. You are the reason this dream is alive today, and I’ll never stop being grateful. I’m lucky to have the most amazing customers and community who share these same values.
I can’t wait to continue this legacy by creating new, innovative products and solutions for women who want the hair of their dreams.

Foxy Locks might be my brand, but in so many ways, Foxy is me.
What started as a little dream in my bedroom became something I could never have imagined. A brand worn by women all over the world, built on my love for beautiful hair, confidence, transformation and making women feel amazing.
But I can tell you something honestly. It has not been easy…
I know Instagram shows the pretty parts. The frills, the glam, the good hair, the wins. But behind the scenes, I’ve had years where I’ve been fighting just to keep standing.
I’ve lost people. I’ve been let down. I’ve trusted the wrong ones. I’ve had heartbreaks in business and in life that I never saw coming. And the last few years have tested me in ways I can’t even fully explain. I felt close to giving up.
Owning a business isn’t for the weak. The economy has been hard. Running a business has been hard. Keeping going when you feel like you’re carrying everything on your own has been really hard.
But here we are. 17 years later.
Still here. Still Foxy. Still believing in the brand I created from nothing.
So thank you to every single customer who has ever bought from us, supported us, recommended us, shared us, or believed in this little dream of mine. You believed in me.
It means more than you’ll ever know.
