Our client wanted her ensuite to feel like a hotel in Paris. We started with the most gorgeous slab of onyx and filled it with hidden storage. Below, a contrasting slab of creamy white marble provides easy access for bath towels, while the recessed medicine cabinet above secretly houses all of the makeup and skincare a girl could ever need. A pretty floor mosaic, understated wall panelling, soft stone sconces, and the most special plumbing fixtures brought in from England finish it off. Beautiful, and incredibly functional – every inch of this space was carefully considered. This one makes our hearts happy.

On site taking in the beautiful progress at our Leaside new build – a home that is so warm and layered, and truly a reflection of our wonderful clients. Looking forward to filling these spaces with furniture, lighting and decor in the coming months.
We are truly honoured to have once more been included in House & Home’s Top 100 Designers list. Incredibly grateful for @houseandhomemag ’s continued support of our work, and in such great company amongst so many Canadian designers whom we have long admired. This is a pinch-us moment and a title we will continue to cherish.

Found our friend Mai from @degournay at a coffee shop in Yorkville this morning and brought her back to our studio for show and tell ft. old and new favourites. De Gournay’s hand-painted and hand-embroidered wallcoverings and fabrics are truly art, and the artist’s hand is fully visible in each brushstroke and stitch. A few of our favourites for your viewing pleasure. 🥰
This large lake house great room was divided into two ‘zones’ – the first, a fireplace lounge for communal gathering, the second, a library lounge for quiet moments. From above, you can take them both in. 🤎
