Today is the official first birthday of the bakery! It’s been an incredible ride and Forma has grown so much since the start. My dad and I along with the rest of the amazing team thank you for all the support. I love making your bread and pastries❤️ We will be celebrating on Sunday with some specials!

Preorders for Mother’s Day 2026 are now available! Orders close on Friday 5/8 at noon. We will have 3 flavors of tartlets with some available for walk ins as well!

Located in Oakland’s bustling Temescal neighborhood, Forma is a bakery and coffee shop best known for combining French baking techniques with Mexican-inspired flavors. Head baker Jackson Schnetz brings expertise from his time at Fournée Bakery and inspiration from his upbringing in his family’s Oakland taquerias. Stop by for an amazing lineup of Forma’s one-of-a-kind pastries, including:
- Flan Croissant with Strawberry Jam
- Hibiscus Poached Rhubarb Pain Suisse 
- Coconut Cream Danish with Chili Lime Mango and Blackberry (vegan)
