Setting effective goals is a skill that doesn’t come naturally to a lot of people, and is often spoken about in the context of self improvement topics. I don’t think it gets discussed enough however how daunting it can be to aspire toward the big things we want to accomplish, versus starting small. I try not to worry about things. Easier said than done, in times like these. I find it helps to take care of what’s around you. People, plants, self…. The grass is greenest wherever you water it the most.
