Pearls are a staple in any jewelry loverās wardrobeāan eternal ātrendā that never loses its luster. But this Motherās Day, mom doesnāt need another classic strand. But rather, may we suggest, a piece that puts a contemporary twist on āpearls.ā
Fortunately, designers are delivering. This season brings a wave of covetable pearl pieces. Melanie Georgacopoulos, a designer known for her pearlācentric artistry, creates sculptural, collectible pieces that feel like wearable art. Her latest collection, Eclipse, pairs pearls with onyx and diamonds in bold blackāandāwhite compositions that prove opposites truly attractāespecially in jewelry.
