Let me peek around the corner real quick and tell you that stress can cause so many things. I will never be over how much stress affects my symptoms, causes me to hallucinate more, and increases the frequency of mood swings.
I’m trying to manage stress now. That’s my big goal. And I am doing my best, truly. But life is so so stressful and there is so much to worry about!
And chronic stress isn’t something I want to keep ya know?
