The first day of harvest in January 2026. Sticky hands, muddy shoes, bubbling barrels, and a farm full of movement and hope.
The life of a coffee farmer is determined by the weather, the December rainstorms, unstable heat, and extreme climate change. Unpredictable weather has become the new normal, making coffee processing increasingly challenging globally.
45 days after the cyclone storm in Indonesia brought sorrow and lessons, especially for us in the Gayo highlands. Every wound reminds us of how much love, effort, and tradition goes into every cup.
(2026) The team is enthusiastic, the trees are growing, and we begin this harvest filled with positive energy for the months ahead. May this season bring us delightful coffee, from our hands to the world, with all our hearts☕️♥️

From Paya Dedep, Central Aceh. New crop of 2026.
Here, the focus shifts to something less common in Aceh. P88, a selection known for its expressive aromatics and fruit-driven character. Not widely planted, and still quite rare to come across, especially with this level of clarity.
Grown at 1,600 MASL in Jagong Jeget, where only fully ripe cherries are carefully selected.
Processed as a Natural with Carbonic Maceration. A controlled, low-oxygen fermentation that builds intensity, enhances fruit clarity, and drives deeper sweetness while keeping the structure clean.
Produced through a collaboration between @fns.cc and @bungelungiestate . Second time we’re releasing from this partnership and it continues to surprise us.
In the cup: Mango upfront, ripe and expressive, guava adding a tropical lift, finished with a smooth vanilla sweetness that rounds everything together.
A fruit-forward expression of Aceh. Deep, sweet and structured.

This season, we’re collaborating with our coffee processor partner @fns.cc to launch a unique process for Jagong Jeget.
We’re proud to announce that this initiative will include two separate trips to several plantations and the post-harvest process. This means unlocking the full potential of Jagong Jeget to the world by experiencing the coffee’s journey from plantation to cup.
Throughout the season, our team will be involved in every step, from processing ripe cherries to sustainable farming at Jagong Jeget. These trips aim to strengthen our relationships with the coffee producers in Jagong Jeget.
We believe coffee is more than just a beverage—it’s a bridge that connects communities, celebrates cultures, and supports farmers around the world.
Harvest season has arrived 🙋♂️🍒, some of our coffee varieties are already being harvested and there is much to be done in the warehouse, from picking cherries to processing them. Keep up the good work, and wait for the results of our labour! !!🍒🍒

Brewer Zine Vol 9 - Aceh Gayo
Sneak peek tipis-tipis 🙈🐤👀
