Learning FMX shouldn’t be guesswork. For years riders had two options: šŸ“ŗ Free YouTube tutorials šŸ Expensive one-day coaching camps Now there’s a third option. āœ” Step-by-step trick progressions āœ” Coaching from riders who built the sport āœ” Year-round access instead of one day If you’re serious about progressing, the choice is pretty obvious. It’s crazy how much more fun practice becomes when you actually have purpose behind what you’re doing šŸ¤˜šŸ¼ @adamjones760 ran through some of @bentownleymx upper body and lower body drills, and instead of just riding laps blindly, every rep actually meant something. Small adjustments. Better connection to the bike. More awareness. More control. šŸ‘ŠšŸ¼

Big sends get attention. But slow, controlled progression is usually what keeps riders progressing for years šŸ¤˜šŸ¼ Comfort leads to control. Control leads to confidence. Confidence leads to cleaner tricks, bigger extension, and safer progression. Trust the process. Rep things out. Let the comfort come first. Your lower body is your control center on the bike. If your feet, knees, and hips aren’t connected correctly, you end up trying to control everything with your arms… and that usually means the bike is controlling you instead. The more control you can transfer into your lower body, the calmer, stronger, and more connected you’ll feel in the air šŸ¤˜šŸ¼ Learn more at Edge Action Sports
