We are located on the 3rd floor of my building, with 6 steps to the porch, 16 to the 2nd floor landing, and 15 to the 3rd floor (37 total). No elevator unfortunately. About 10min walk from the nearest T stop, but there is also a bus stop 3min away (no shelter or bench, just a sign along the street; bus connects to the T)
Please be aware that the landlord has a security camera installed on the front porch. It's not a doorbell camera but I don't know if it's closed circuit or not. (he also lives on the 1st floor so if anyone asks you're here for a party not a show, better safe than sorry)
please remove your shoes on the 2nd floor landing and leave them along the wall with the stairs. respect my 2nd floor neighbors' belongings and help me be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a reasonable volume on your way in!
