I’m incredibly excited to announce the next chapter in my career at such an established creative company. It’s an honor to be surrounded by people who push creativity to new levels. When I first picked up a camcorder, I was 13, it was a fun thing, making fake TV shows and music video covers with my friends. Then I started writing and shooting short films in 9th grade and started really studying films. I think I saw Eternal Sunshine about 10x when it came out, studying the bonus features on the DVD. It’s still one of the best films of the last 3 decades. But careers don’t happen as fast as watching bonus features on DVDs. I moved to NYC after film school, fall on my face at a job I hated, went broke. Try again, quit to travel the world, try again, until I finally got a chance. And even then, it’s been years of passionate work to get to this point, taking all the NOs and turning them into learning experiences, never being satisfied, always looking for the idea PERFECTION while knowing it does not even exist. So yeah, this is a time to be meaningful so let’s get to making meaningful work! To reuniting with old friends and making lots of new ones, let’s go Partizan! Let’s get cooking. @wearepartizan
