A core teaching of our yoga practice is non attachment and the beauty of impermanence; the reminder that we live in a world that is ever changing and always in a state of flux. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to certain classes and teachers, we are incredibly excited for the new energy these classes will bring to the community.

Congratulations to everyone who completed their 30 day challenge! There is immense power in the ability to make a deal with yourself and follow through. A deep sense of self trust and discipline begins to emerge. Watching you all find that over the past month was truly inspiring to watch 🥹

Working with a pole can improve body awareness, uplift posture, guide us into optimal alignment and open our shoulders. In this session we will target rounded shoulders, open the chest, and mobilize the upper spine. This practice can improve your resting posture, minimize pain, and optimize access to more ease and power in your body. The pole is included with the workshop for you to take home after :)

Flow is the state where everything just clicks together seamlessly.
Movement links to breath, time dilates, ego falls away. Every action leads seamlessly into the next uninterrupted by thought, and you become completely immersed in the state of being instead of doing.
In this state the brains responds by releasing all the feel good chemicals, dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine; a powerful little cocktail to make you feel calm, clear and at peace.
