Brooklyn! Join me for a free yoga workshop on Sunday, April 26th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Flower Aggregate. Short walk from the Grand Street L station

We’ll begin with a group discussion with tea, connect with breath, move through a gentle all-levels somatic flow, then settle into an extended savasana.
