NEW ALBUM Shrinking Violet - Floraviolet New album to release March 3rd LIVE on @escapepodradio Shrinking Violet is one of my most personal projects, touching on my experience with mental health, gender identity, and my philosophy on life, death and spirituality. This album has been LITERALLY YEARS in the making, and was composed during a deep depression episode. It is a seamless album and a song cycle, revealing more upon further listens. Even as I write this, I'm not really doing that great mentally and it's kind of surreal releasing an album that explains exactly what I'm going through. Sometimes it just feels hopeless, but I know I've come back around and around and if this album makes anyone else feel less alone in their mind, then that would mean the world to me. Thank you @untuckcollective for supporting this project, I literally would not have been able to do it without y'all. @austinglassco did the album art and I can't believe I get to work with a true genius who knows my vision better than I do sometimes! And also @jpino2048 who mastered the album, and really is a true inspiration and mentor, and has helped push my mixes to the next level <3
