In all seriousness, I got our hand painted cover art for FUBAR FAST FOOD in the mail from the great white north, and it made it in ome piece!
Not only did he send the painting, but a ton of free swag.
The price was fantastic, he was extremely chill about usage/rights, and anyone who happens to read this, I'd absolutely recommend him for your next project.

I'm only one man. My buddy Ryan and I can only handle doing so many tasks, so offloading the cover art to someone we trusted was essential.
Nick is a gentleman and a scholar, and I absolutely cannot wait to work with him on future projects as well. FUBAR 2? Maybe finally get my racing game out? Maybe a book cover? Endless possibilities! Haha.

FUBAR Fast Food has a working face and a cover. Something we can be proud of and build momentum.
Slides 2 and 3 are @flooko 's original artwork he had done for me with the two of us trying something "new", and by "new" I mean something that probability hasn't been done in games in 25 years haha.
Nick hand painted the cover art for me with the intention of being scanned, modified, and manipulated to be used for the game cover, Steam key art, and everything in between.
My only changes to his work have been editing in my working logo and slightly modifying Dusty's face and hands with additional detail/tweaks for close-up cropping.
I feel like most game art these days is exclusively digital, but being it's a game set in 1997, I figured let's do some practical cover art like it's also 1997.
This is it.
This is probably what's going to carry us through to the demo release, and I'm going back to the development grind.
I have the Soft Serve enemy rigged and getting animations. The Hotdog and Alligator are all that's left.
Ryan has been grinding out demo level assets, textures, and PSX style materials.
I have my dedicated to-do list, and we're pretty focused. I don't have any hard date on the demo release, but at this rate, that's okay. Our pacing is keeping things moving and we're all excited about what's to come next.

A while ago now, @flooko . and I’m sorry it’s taken me this long to open this properly. With the wedding and the move, I wanted to give it the time it deserved and really enjoy the moment.
You’ve been one of my favourite artists for years. Almost every album cover or release I’ve put out has carried your work, it’s become part of the fabric of my creative world. So to receive a hand-painted piece, along with signed prints, honestly makes me feel unbelievably lucky.
Thank you so much, @flooko . These will take pride of place.
