Short trailer for Bright Eyes and Steady Hands. I am so incredibly proud of everyone who helped with this, and everytime I get to watch it on a big screen I’m reminded of how much love and care there was on this set. Honoring someone with a lifetimes worth of stories is difficult to do in such a short time, but seeing my grandmother so happy reminds me why I wanted to make films in the first place. There’s so many people with incredible stories all around us, sometimes you just need to bring the camera and let it listen.
Reminder that we are showing at @austinunderthestars on Sept 12 at the Austin Film Society, and @reeleasttexas on November 9th at the Texas Museum of Broadcast and Communications. All tickets are for sale now!

We’re happy that everyone’s hard work on this film is being recognized, and flatbread’s grandma could never be prouder.
