self portrait from january. you truly feel all 31 days that month. a time prefaced with several unfulfillable new year’s resolutions, getting by on false high hopes, still in the middle of winter, i anticipate some change and upheaval that doesn’t arrive. the sun still sets at 5pm and i drudge through the days expecting something, anything. beating myself up for stagnancy, february arrives anyways, i thank the time for passing

i’ve been waiting to share this project for a minute! 🌀 i got a call in the fall about production designing a y2k sapphic music video and i answered SO quickly… this was one of the biggest + most challenging productions i’ve worked on so far 😦 everyone’s creative drive and passion truly inspired me to re-prioritize creating as a main focus in my life again😁#aintthatthetruth
