Strategic engagement with the Nigerian Tourism Development Authority (NTDA). 🇳🇬
We had the honour of meeting with the Director-General of NTDA, Dr. Ola Awakan, alongside the Miss Tourism Nigeria Organization, to present the Visit Nigeria initiative and further align with the Authority’s vision for tourism development in Nigeria.
Visit Nigeria is a national tourism and economic activation platform designed to reposition Nigeria while driving real participation, movement, and economic activity across all 36 states and the FCT.
Our discussions focused on building a structured ecosystem that connects destination promotion, digital tourism engagement, cultural storytelling, and diaspora participation, all aligned with the broader national agenda for tourism growth and economic diversification.
We also highlighted our strategic collaboration with Miss Tourism Nigeria as a youth-driven platform for tourism advocacy and nation branding, and shared updates on the upcoming Miss Tourism Nigeria 2026 Grand Finale, themed Peace Through Tourism.
We are pleased to confirm:
• Continued alignment with the NTDA under its current leadership
• Institutional support for Miss Tourism Nigeria 2026
• A shared commitment to strengthening public–private collaboration in advancing Nigeria’s tourism sector
