This release is an exploration in finding the remedies needed for currently existing in this world. Feeling the pressures of capitalism while navigating feelings of isolation and being disconnected from who I’ve been, any limitations I’ve given myself & opening myself up to more.
My medicine often is to turn inward, but with this project I decided to switch it up, get outside, collaborate, & expand musically & personally.

This project for me was an exercise in exploring who I am and who I want to be as a creative. So thankful for the process and all the realizations it gave me during and after making it. Happy that this is the foundation for where I’m going next..
