HorvaThursdays (on a Saturday)!! Week 50! Oh boy, Thursdays have been rough lately, so I missed a few HorvaThursdays. Today (yes a Saturday and not a Thursday) we have a special sketch cover from Derek Kirk Kim (The Last Mermaid and Royals from Image)!! Was lucky enough to meet Derek at his Cape and Cowl singing today. @capecowlcomics Looks like Sam picked up a bad habit from the Royals universe! Yeah, yeah, only the first issue has come out, but I got good feels on this:) Now how do we get Derek and Jacob (royals co-creator) @jtp_art on Beneath the Trees covers and Patrick on a Royals cover!! HorvaThursdays (on a Saturday)!! Week 49! Before Absolute Batman, Dan Quintana did a sweet Beneath the Trees cover. Check out the distressed storybook look. Fantastic. Mine is a little more distressed as I accidentally slashed it just a tiny bit…. DOH!!! Can you tell which is part of the cover and the part I slashed? That makes my cover a one of a kind that I contributed to! Woohooo!! Regardless it’s dbl signed in gold and dang, Patrick and Dan have great signatures. Question for Dan….
