Figur now offers modular pneumatic workholding for the G15! This workholding can be adjusted to various sheet sizes ranging from 12" x 24" to 36" x 48".
Sheet loading and unloading takes 5 seconds or less with this incredible system. 😍😍😍
Another incredible application of digital sheet forming is mold production!
This part is a section of male torso that will be combined with other sections to create a mannequin mold. Formed out of a 48" x 64" x 0.08" sheet of 6061 Aluminum. Total form time: 65 minutes.

The 66 panels had a total forming time of 11 hours and 16 minutes. The panels were formed out of 48" x 64" x 0.125" sheets of aluminum. Form time was between 8 and 12 minutes per panel. 🙌👏
The panels were assembled in the Thompson Center in Chicago Illinois by @joel__putnam and his team. The Forum was exhibited as part of the Chicago Architecture Biennial from 11.01.2023 to 02.11.2024.

All panels were formed, cut, packaged, packaged and shipped in a total of 3 days.
Figur Snowflake V2 ❄ - A variation of the original snowflake design.
This part is a truncated hexagonal pyramid with three sine wave surfaces and three smooth transitional surfaces topped with the Figur logo.
Material: 0.059" thick Cold Rolled steel.
