SOLIDWORKS Champion, Ahmed_El-Gazzar, was inspired by real manufacturing challenges in UPVC fabrication, especially the need for higher welding accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. He wanted to design a machine that improves product quality while reducing operator dependency and production time. Ahmed is most proud of achieving a precise and efficient design that addresses real manufacturing challenges. The integration of the mechanical system with a clean, practical layout and realistic motion validation made the project both functional and production-ready.

SOLIDWORKS Champion Muhammad Nauman aimed to improve access to affordable and locally available rheological testing systems for academic and industrial R&D. By developing Pakistan’s first Capillary Rheometer, Muhammad aimed to bridge that gap and showcase that with the right tools, like SOLIDWORKS, a fully functional, precision scientific instrument can be engineered from concept to reality in Pakistan. This project is a milestone in locally engineered scientific equipment, demonstrating that with the right engineering approach and software, we can create globally competitive, research-grade instruments within Pakistan.
