The Debut Solo Exhibition: “Hall of Mirrors” by Yves Santana
June 12th, 6-9pm
My upbringing informs Hall of Mirrors, an exhibition that reflects the many ways my identity takes shape— through mentors, memory, community, and the versions of myself I see at my highs and lows. Some reflections are flattering or empowering, while others feel distorted or uncertain, much like the features in each portrait. Each piece moves between clarity and confusion, showing how the people who raised me helped steady my self- image while I continue figuring out who I’m becoming. This exhibition is both a tribute to them, and an honest look at what I see staring back at me in the mirror.
Thank you to Stephanie Kluk with @fig_futureinkgraphics , and the Pivot Center for Art and Dance for hosting me and my work. And thank you to @assemblycle for funding the space, and my work as well.
Over 30+ pieces, some never seen, will be in attendance. Mark your calendars.
❤️ FIG would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to John Webster from @americaninteriors for his incredible generosity and unwavering support.
John consistently goes above and beyond to help community-based organizations gain access to furniture, materials, and resources that are often difficult for nonprofits to afford. More importantly, he freely gives his time, energy, and connections to support the growth and success of others without asking for anything in return.
His commitment to strengthening the local community through kindness and action does not go unnoticed. We are forever grateful for John’s support and truly humbled by his selflessness, generosity, and dedication to helping organizations like ours thrive.
A special thank you to Highland Technology and @progressive for their donation of furniture and equipment to the FIG Foundation!

Behind the scenes with our latest Mayfield Excel TECC intern, Abbie, as she prints her final custom design for the graduating senior class!
For the past three years, FIG has proudly partnered with Mayfield High School’s Interactive Media Excel TECC program to offer a one-of-a-kind internship experience. Each spring, a student is selected for FIG’s Design Internship through the support of their media teacher. Over the course of 8–10 weeks, the intern gains hands-on experience in digital design and screen printing while working alongside the FIG team. To wrap up the experience, the intern creates and screen prints a custom shirt design for the graduating senior class.

🖤 Our most recent Artist Dinner was filled with so much love for this creative community. The room was overflowing with honesty, self expression, and connection. So many people showed up fully as themselves while sharing the real, unfiltered parts of their creative journeys.
What made it even more special was the way we celebrated each other’s wins, offered encouragement, and had great conversations about creating in our own lives. By the end of the night, new friendships were formed, and that’s truly everything we could hope for.
Thank you to everyone who showed up with an open heart. And a special thank you to Future Ink Graphics @fig_futureinkgraphics for providing such a warm, welcoming space, as well as @cmaplay for opening their beautiful space to our guests… we couldn’t have done it without you.
Huge thank you to @brewdirch_ for capturing this evening in all its glory & to @cj.seabolt for the wonderful meal that you curated for us all to enjoy! We have the best team.
Here’s to the next Artist Dinner being even more joyful, more connected, and more expansive than the last. As we continue growing this community, we invite you to follow @theartistdinner to follow along with us.🖤

Last Friday was something special.
Bittersweet; Collections opened its doors, and the room was filled with energy, emotion, and pride. From 5–7PM, our community came together to celebrate the incredible work of Hathaway Brown High School’s student artists, each piece reflecting a year of growth, exploration, and self-discovery under the guidance of Shelly Ahern.
You could feel it in the space—that “in-between” moment these artists are standing in. The excitement of what’s next, mixed with the nostalgia of everything they’re leaving behind. It was honest, vulnerable, and powerful.
This exhibition isn’t just about art on the walls—it’s about identity, transformation, and the stories that shape who we become. Every piece held its own voice, and together they created something unforgettable.
We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, supported, and celebrated these young creatives. If you haven’t experienced it yet, Bittersweet; Collections is on view through May 7, 9AM–5PM at FIG’s Community Gallery.
Come see it for yourself.
