A high-energy jazz class with a theatrical edge.
We’ll start with a warm-up, then dive into choreography— blending classic jazz foundations with a performance-driven style. Expect strong musicality, big movement, and space to bring your own personality to the dance.
Beginner-friendly and open to anyone who wants to move, have fun, and try something new.

Tiny Dance is a joyful movement class for children aged 2–5 years and their grown-ups. As we gear up to officially restart classes after the Easter break, join us this Saturday for a fun ballet-inspired warm-up followed by a mini disco where little ones can wiggle, twirl, and jump while parents join the dance. Ballet Improver (Saturday edition) and Beginner Pointe w/ @iolelasala -
Beginner Pointe is offered as a gentle extension of Ballet Improvers, designed for dancers who are ready to begin exploring pointe work in a supportive and attentive environment.
This class introduces the fundamental principles of dancing en pointe at a gradual and thoughtful pace. Dancers will focus on correct alignment, strength, balance, and articulation of the feet, while deepening their understanding of placement and coordination developed in the improvers class.
Following the same open and reflective atmosphere, dancers are encouraged to listen closely to their bodies and progress with care and patience. Iole offers individual guidance to help each dancer build confidence, stability, and ease on pointe, while nurturing musicality and expressiveness.
The emphasis is on developing strength safely, refining technique, and discovering the unique experience of dancing en pointe as a natural continuation of each dancer’s ballet journey.
