⨠I believe our lives expand or shrink in proportion to our courage. And man, was 2025 the year of courage, digging deep, backing myself, leaning into what Iâm passionate about, and embracing the journey.
I feel so lucky to do what I love, partnering with incredible companies and learning from amazing people along the way!
Admittedly, Iâm a coaching and data nerd⌠so after wrapping up an incredible year, I crunched the numbers:

â Total participants: 723 leaders and professionals
â Most sessions in one week: 6

Topics that dominated 2025:

What surprised me most?
The universal appetite for community and connection, no matter the industry.

Iâm dedicated to providing insight and evidence-based strategies through my sales and leadership training workshops, 1:1 coaching, and energising keynotes, backed by my degree in Business Psychology, and a Diploma in Coaching from an ICF accredited college.

Last week I had the chance to run an #IWD workshop with the incredible team at @figureheadconstruction
It was a powerful session! Highly interactive, full of honest conversations, and focused on real action the team can take now to better attract, retain, and elevate women in construction. đŞđ˝
We explored whatâs working across the industry, the unique challenges in construction, and coâdesigned practical initiatives that Figurehead will be rolling out immediately đ
Figurhead have great momentum and their people genuinely want to be part of the solution.
Grateful to be part of this important work đ¤

Happy International Womenâs Day. đˇđťââď¸đ ď¸
Â
We were lucky enough to have the incredible Ash from @fearless.future.coaching join us at our HQ to speak with our team about the current landscape for women in construction across Australia and Victoria.
Â
It sparked an important conversation about how we, as a team, can continue to support, back and champion the amazing women at Figurehead.
Â
The session led to some fantastic ideas and initiatives that weâll be implementing to ensure everyone in our business â both women and men â feel safe, supported and backed.
Â
Because meaningful change starts with conversation, action and accountability.
As I build womenâempowerment programs for maleâdominated industries, I had the privilege of speaking with Vanessa Borg, a standout leader in commercial construction whose impact spans more than 20 years.
With International Womenâs Day approaching, Iâm spotlighting a few powerful moments from our conversation.
In this video, Vanessa opens up about:
đš Navigating intimidation and poor treatment in her early career, and pushing through to create space where none existed
đš The shift sheâs seeing as more women enter construction and organisations invest in real pathways and support
đš How her leadership has evolved, embracing vulnerability, setting boundaries, and choosing ways of working that feel strong, clear, and sustainable.
Her insights capture the resilience, growth, and momentum driving women forward across the sector.

Good âwork ethicâ isnât about never stopping, itâs about knowing when to stop.Â
And as a performance coach who works with leaders every day, this is one of the biggest mistakes that holds back leaders with great potential.
Â
The leaders who burn themselves out set the same pace for their teams.Â
But the leaders who know how to protect their energy? Theyâre the ones who think clearer, lead better, and create teams that actually perform.
Â
Rest isnât a weakness.Â
Itâs an advantage! đŞđ˝
Still buzzing after speaking at PDA Australia Chapter event at @melbourne_zoo
We explored how to build real connection in workplaces that often feel fast, digital, and light on human interaction, and why trust and belonging remain the real catalysts for culture and innovation.
Thank you to everyone who leaned into the conversation. đ§Ą
Client testimonial from @homecaringaustralia đ
Loved delivering our Leading with Impact program in Sydney with around 100 leaders diving into capability, and growth.
Noticing gaps in how your managers lead?
Here are 7 key indicators itâs time to invest in their growth.
đConfident, capable leaders emerge when theyâre supported, coached, and given room to grow.
I partner with organisations across Australia to develop amazing leaders.

đž Giving back to those who give so much, @ausanimalprotectionsociety
Those who know me, know I love animals and have had the amazing experience of fostering dogs to their forever homes.
This year I chose to donate toys, treats, blankets, and other essentials to the incredible team at Australian Animal Protection Society (AAPS). Â This organisation does extraordinary work, providing care, shelter, and hope for animals who have been abandoned or mistreated.
Walking through their facility and seeing the dedication of their volunteers reminded me how much impact small acts of kindness can have. Â Every blanket, every treat, every moment of care helps an animal feel safe and loved again.
If youâre looking for a way to make a difference, please check out AAPS, whether through donations or volunteering. (Link in the comments)
Together, we can help every animal gets the second chance they deserve.
đĄ Leadership is evolving and the most impactful leaders put people first while driving results.
Had the privilege of working with 100 Sales Managers at @agwarehouse_ on Leading with Impact.
We explored what modern leadership really looks like:
â Leading with emotional intelligence
â Building high-performing, empowered teams through coaching
â Balancing results with empathy
â Adapting communication styles
đĽ Hereâs a glimpse of the energy in the room!
