Howdy all, I’m excited to announce I’ve directed a new short film titled You Had My Smile which is playing at @twoshortnights film festival in Exeter on the 5th of March at 4pm as part of their “Invisible Threads” curation. MOLLUSCA - A short poetry film that explores grief and the yearning for intimacy. I wrote this story in my notes on a Monday in September. By midweek, Tobias and I were driving out to buy the shell from FB Marketplace and sketching out the shots. Saturday, we filmed it! Thanks to Luke and Jess for braving the unpredictable Kent weather and giving such gorgeous performances. And a huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this film to life.
