Our 2011 Dtown Girls have made an incredible run through state cups. With injuries hampering them all season, they got healthy at just the right time and capped off their Challenge Cup run with a convincing 4-0 win to lift the trophy. Amazing job by Coach Curley and girls!
Coach Sal and company showed up and showed out this morning. After escaping tough quarterfinal opponent and coming from down 1-2 to win 3-2, they capped off their run with an emphatic 3-0 win today to capture the Challenge Cup trophy, great job boys!
Coach Morgan and the Dtown 2012 girls had a fantastic run in their state challenge cup. They fell 0-1 today is a close match but if you were with them from the beginning of the season you’d know how amazing they development and this achievement is. We’re extremely proud of all of you!
FC DELCO is incredibly proud of Andrew Johnson and all that he has accomplished throughout his journey. After a standout four-year career at Cornell University, Andrew has officially signed a first team contract with MLS side Charlotte FC. Congratulations to Sarah Podvia on being named April's Patient First FC DELCO Player of the month! 🖤💛
Sarah has been an incredible leader on the field this season, serving as her team’s leading scorer while competing in an extremely tough age group — all while primarily playing center back and center midfield. Her ability to impact the game in so many ways has been outstanding, scoring during the run of play, on corner kicks, free kicks, and penalty kicks.
Beyond the goals, Sarah has shown tremendous growth by taking on multiple new positions and continuing to improve in her strongest role. Her hard work and dedication in both training and games have been a constant source of motivation for her teammates.
