somehow it’s peaceful

The last couple months broke me down—mentally and physically. But I won’t complain. I had good people behind me who pulled me through. SEMA flew by. For Neotech, it was our best yet—so much learned, so much to build on. I landed back in Korea and didn’t sleep—plane, hotel, nothing. I guess jet lag is actually a thing, but the job still wasn’t finished. So I loaded the car on the ferry, crossed to Shimonoseki, and drove 1,248 km to Ebisu. Couldn’t sleep on the ferry either because of months of stress piled in my head. But I still fucking did it. And standing there at night with my car parked next to Ebisu Circuit… for some it’s a dream. For me, it was peace.

I had the honor of joining WTAC 2025, one of the biggest motorsports festival in Australia. I thought it would be similar to last year, but the scale and preparation were beyond expectations. 1. Elantra N Build & New PB Together with @andrewpriceracing and @shockworks_suspension , we built the fastest street-legal Elantra N in Australia. It runs on Shockworks suspension, our Evo R 6P brake kit—proven in Superrace GT and Sepang Global Tour—and an Adro wing for extra downforce. Thanks to @adro.dongwan Daniel from @impossible_ifx was the brilliant engineer who made this build possible. Andrew, driving a car filled with unfamiliar parts, set a new PB with his skill and confidence. With support from @eleanorsaurtv , Andrew might feel at his place as part of one strong team! 2. @mijiracer Second WTAC & New PB In 2024, she came as Korea’s first and only entry, full of excitement. In 2025, still the only Korean driver, she carried the pressure of chasing her own record. Despite challenges, she set a new PB—an achievement in itself. Special thanks to @thatruckuspiece and @mrs.ruckus_ for preparing the car on short notice, and to @shane_technologicmse , whose help was crucial for her success. 3. Shockworks S13 – 850HP Time Attack Machine Shockworks built an 850HP S13 this year, a car many only dream of. Chris and @tim_0833 took the bold step to make it real, trusting NEOTECH brakes on this monster. I was simply honored to play even a small role in its first shakedown. If this machine comes to Korea, it could reset lap records at every circuit. I’d love to share it with Korean motorsports fans one day. Meeting the Shockworks team again was special, especially Brett, the founder and my mentor. Huge thanks to Ian and the WTAC team for inviting Team Korea, and to all our friends in Australia who welcomed us once again. The world is wide, and motorsports is still pure joy. One year back in Korea 🇰🇷 And what a fucking ride it’s been. From Tokyo Auto Salon to SEMA. From the biggest car shows to the biggest time attack events. To seeing our own company ship a car across the globe just to prove itself — and watching my best friend make history at Tsukuba with a different beast altogether. Our history, nonetheless. Filming every one of those moments I’ll never forget… while living a dream I never thought would come this fast. I got my dream car — which honestly brings me more stress than peace, but I wouldn’t have any other way. I’m doing what I love, with people I admire — and with so many incredible people supporting me behind the scenes. I’ve somehow become part of the biggest tuning company in Korea, and alongside that, I’m surrounded by the best team I could ever ask for. A true family. But it’s bigger than that. It’s purpose.
