FRI 03—04 Guest List w/ Main Phase, the Copenhagen-born DJ and producer, has become a leading figure in the new wave of UK-inspired bass music, despite his Danish roots. As co-owner of ATW Records alongside Interplanetary Criminal, he’s toured top venues worldwide, delivering high-energy sets spanning UK garage, speed garage, dubstep, and jungle. Combining elements of jungle, breaks, dubstep, 2-step and more, Main Phase is proof that the current underground resurgence of the UK sound reaches further than the British Isles.
A solid crew of local homies will be joining him. The Salon will be in the hands of POISE.

Pinning down Amor Satyr and Siu Mata’s music to a single word is tricky. If anything, “aquatic” might come closest, it’s fluid, fast, and always slipping across borders.
Between their solo projects and collaborations, the pair have landed on labels like SSPB, HARDLINE, TraTraTrax, and their own WAJANG, aligning themselves squarely with the pulse of contemporary club culture. They’re also closely tied to the emergence of what they call “speed dembow” a mutation of the classic dembow rhythm, pitched up to club tempos and given a tougher, more muscular edge.
