Get On The Good Foot 👞
Last Friday we did a special collab with @idfafestival at @hetdocumentairepaviljoen . First we screened the fully sold-out new documentary 'We Want The Funk' and afterwards had a party where everyone danced for hours! 💫
A huge shout-out to @amberhuntersmusic for the tight live set, @funkyfemmeproject for their highly detailed dance performance, DJs @djrobmanga and @lucas_benjamin_ for the continuously funky tunes, MC @faizplayfair for his uplifting energy on the mic and all the dancers that came to give it their all.

Malmö was special again! 🌟
It has become a yearly tradition to play the battles at @hip_hop_weekend for 2 days and then close down with an afterparty at @planbmalmo in the small, dark & smoky room. My @ghettofunkcollective brother @faizplayfair was back on the mic as well, and this year we brought my brother and incredible musician @halfpastseven as a surprise to play a live set during the party. So many great moments, most of them not on camera because we were too busy jumpin around or dancing with our eyes closed. From D'Angelo live in Sweden, to the most bass-heavy rave tunes, we went there. 😌

Today I'm heading back to Sweden to play the battles at @hip_hop_weekend and the infamous afterparty at @planbmalmo . This video is a glimpse of last years edition, which had so many highlights, many of them not on video due to everyone fully being in that moment. I've heard that this year the night will continue even longer. So get ready for a 5-hour deep journey through Black music, from jazz to jungle, via soul, funk, house, hip-hop, Afrobeat, electronic music & more.
