Got to experience @hkdesigncentre ‘s latest experiential iteration in Hong Kong’s AIRSIDE mall that centres around “Play, Pose & Pixel” curated by @fabrixworld Dressing up is explored both through an exhibition of dolls and digital avatars and then the most fun element obviously are the AR Try On pods where I got to try on some epic @carolineqiqi looks as seen in the Virtuose show on Sat. 👗Play, Pose & Pixel: Digital Fashion Exhibition successfully concluded 🎉 Hong Kong’s fashion industry thrives under the proactive initiatives of the government and professional bodies. The exhibition was a landmark collaboration between Hong Kong Design Centre @hkdesigncentre and FabriX @fabrixworld , jointly presented with Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), powerfully showcasing Hong Kong’s international connectivity. The exhibition explored the future of fashion by bringing a fresh digital perspective, featuring four emerging Paris Fashion Week designers alongside three promising Hong Kong designers. These local works were selected from key talent initiatives, including the Fashion Incubation Programme (FIP) @hkfip , DFA Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award (YDTA) @dfa_awards , Design Incubation Programme (DIP) @dipincubation , and Hong Kong Young Fashion Designers’ Contest (YDC) @fashionally_ydc , which nurture young designers and foster industry growth.
