“The project that what’s app built!” ~ our very busy clients at the Parsons Green project wanted a team that shared their design vision, had the flair to create something really special, the stamina to get the attention to detail just right and the experience to override the technical issues that inevitably crop up on such a huge extension and renovation project. If you knew the hours that went into the coffee cupboard alone… 🥺 but you always get out what you put in! All the way through this project @extend_bespoke @london.structures and @malinandlynn have been incredible partners and we loved the interior designer @emmamilneinteriors so much we convinced her to join the design team at HM afterwards (more on that soon). A highlight of 2024 was the renovation and basement addition for a glorious family home in Parsons Green - we loved working wity @malinandlynn @extend_bespoke @london.structures team work makes the dream work. As well as the kitchen and pantry (more on that later) the clients also chose Humphrey Munson for their whole house flooring order with the majority of it being engineered oak in a mix of plank and herringbone format with Wilton porcelain in the utilitarian areas. This video shows the middle landing up to the top floor so you can really see the tone of the timber. The Verbier engineered oak by HM Flooring Library has the perfect neutral base with a subtle taupe undertone. We love the exposed natural grain and beautiful knots that give just the right amount of character. A classic wooden flooring with a contemporary twist. It’s been a while since we’ve posted (too busy building! 👷‍♂️👷🏻‍♀️)…We have lots of work now completed in 2022 and in the process of being photographed 📸 Posts coming soon(ish) 😬 We are back with this internal view of a front living room in one of our #Fulham projects…perfect for the early autumnal nights in with the fireplace from @chesneysfireside 🔥🍂 This room (and the whole house) was completely gutted back to brick 🧱. The vast majority of our projects are completely brought back to brick as it’s the most efficient way to re-structure a house. We ensure over 99% of the waste is fully recycled and all new houses are insulated to current new home standards. ♻️🏡 In most Victorian properties we recreate all the original features (we take moulds at the start of the cornice and timber mouldings). An internal view of a project we completed in #Fulham. A #Fulham side return we completed before lock-down. Not our “normal” type of project this week! 🤯💃But after a few very long days the team at @extend_bespoke pulled some long nights to help get this show live! 🚥 The designs by @richardquinn 🖤 were amazing as always 🙌 (I’m not bias 😉) and a real feat to pull off a show of this magnitude especially with all the current restrictions due to Covid and staff shortages.
