The owner Sarah took over the business about a year ago and has created a banging menu. They use @triplecoroast and @cantontea for their hot drinks with some @explodingbakery cakes on the side to sweeten the deal.

We had a bunch of leftover banana bread here at our bakery so we thought it’d be a good idea to throw some of that into our ‘Bake It Easy’ tiramisu recipe.
It really worked, in fact, we’ve made it with banana bread 🍌 🍞 a few times since our first trial.
Anyhow, the recipe in the book is super simple and you can of course use either a biscuit base or the classic ladies fingers. Whatever floats your banana boat.
