For one of my birthday presents, Tyler booked me an appointment with his favorite tattoo artist @rayjtattoo to get my…first EVER tattoo!! He said if I still wanted to be a member of the Existential Crisis Club I had to show up and get tatted!! J/K…LOL, turns out everyone is born a member of that club with no prerequisites. But while we may all suffer our own existential crisis at times, there is a quote that resonates with how I strive to live my life whether I’m navigating one or not: Be Art Before You Do Art. This was made popular for me by @crashacting in Los Angeles, because as an artist your best work of art is a life well lived and you can only be as good of an artist as you are a human. So for my tattoo I decided to combine that quote with the Single Mom Studios flower logo …I think it’s absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much to Rashaun who designed it, Ray who tattooed it, Monika who booked it, and Tyler who just makes me so proud. Love that we shared this experience together… and that I now have this ART on my arm. Be Art first ~🤓 💕 ❤️ 🎨 🎭 💫 🫶🏼🕺🏻💃🏽🙏🏼
