An Old Miss like this one doesn't come along every day. With only 5 previous owners in the last 100 years or so, this house had great bones and a joyous soul. Fortunately, the new family decided to embrace and celebrate its character.
Solid hardwood floors were refinished and repaired, while the existing fir casing detail was matched on the new windows and doors. And one of the best features - 10" baseboards! Timeless shaker cabinets fill the kitchen while vintage lighting and tile breathe new life into the home.
