Notes from the workshop:
“Organic learning…
It feels as if what I learn was already within me, waiting somewhere behind a corner of the self, ready to be discovered.
It feels like re-membering, as it arises together with a sense of belonging—of being a member, a piece of the puzzle of that experience, that place, those people.
“Spotting Nature” workshops left me with images of wildness and authenticity, emerging from us like grass growing through a crack in the asphalt.
Images of how meaningful it is to be together in the process of learning, how easily it can happen, and how much one can grow beyond their own imagination.”

Some of the participants’ words:
“In nature, even though the effort is similar to urban practice, the feeling is one of greater lightness.”
“The lasting taste of this experience is like the taste of humus—alive. The feeling of having an animal companion within me, something that can accompany me in moments of difficulty.”
“Working with the body, in nature, on the trees, with other people, touches more layers of the complexity that makes us who we are.”
The Moving with Nature project aims to weave together movement, ecosomatic practices, and ecopsychology, fostering the relationship we have with ourselves, others, and nature.
