Lastly, thank you to Shannon and Miss New Hanover County Scholarship Pageant for putting trust in Lyla and having faith in her!

My 10:00AM Saturday Zumba class at Evolution Dance Complex (4515 Fountain Dr., Units 2-3) will be FREE FOR EVERYONE because we will be celebrating my 14th Zumbaversary, AKA how long I have been licensed to teach Zumba 🤗
My actual Zumbaversary is May 5, but since May 5 falls on a Tuesday this year (which is a day I do not teach), I decided to celebrate it tomorrow instead so that everybody can possibly make it 😃
We will most definitely be dance to some oldies, dating back to when I first started teaching Zumba Got any favorites from the past or present? Let me know and I will add them to the playlist!

Happy Cinco De Mayo 😁 Today marks 14 years since I became a licensed Zumba instructor 💃 I got trained by the wonderful @lorettabates on May 5, 2012, at the now closed down Babs McDance (which is where I used to take and dance lessons and started attending Zumba!)
What a fun day that was (even though the AC broke midway through training 😅)
Fun fact: I was 18 years old, still in high school, and quit competitive cheerleading after being heavily involved in the sport for 3 years to become a Zumba instructor! Best decision I've ever made for sure 😃
