Hello September! After a brief summer break, Healing Center sessions will resume with Guided Breathwork next Monday, Sept. 8th at 6pm. This year, once again, we will provide a diverse set of offerings that are free and open to the public. Link to full 2025-26 schedule in bio.

🔥 Iron Pour Spotlight – Detroit: Evolution Art Studio 🔥
Kicked off this past February with a molten kind of magic in Detroit — an iron pour organized by Jay Elias of Evolution Art Studio for Cranbrook Art Academy.
Students got hands-on experience with every step of the process — from prepping molds to feeding the furnace, and finally pouring glowing streams of molten iron. The air was alive with heat, sparks, and that unmistakable sense of teamwork you only find at a pour.
Huge respect to everyone who braved the cold to make it happen and to Jay for creating such an unforgettable learning opportunity. Watching the next generation of foundry artists at work? Absolutely inspiring. 🔥🪨
