He brings a rare combination of field awareness and technical precision to our team, with the ability to assess conditions directly on the face of the building while simultaneously translating those observations into clear, buildable concepts and details through unique 2D and 3D graphics. Stephen also utilizes drone-assisted photography to document and model existing building conditions, leveraging his experience with drone-to-BIM workflows to support accurate analysis, visualization, and decision-making early in the design process.
