Consultancy Klaxon!💡🚨🔥 I’ve recently loved working on some fantastic consultancy projects through @everdeemedia alongside my work as a producer & my full feature budgeting services.
I’ve been working with filmmakers or production companies supporting projects in development or at a crucial turning point of post, helping to shape their next steps with budgets, schedules, cashflow and production strategy.
I come in where creative ambition needs to align with a logistical and financial plan that’s workable and realistic, helping to identify risks and inform solutions.
Recent work has included:
✅ Advising on the viability and scale of a feature in early development
💰Reworking an existing budget for a new investor pitch
🎥 Providing a creative assessment of picture-locked film, and forecasting post and delivery costs to enhance the project on a limited budget
✍️ Advising on cashflow and tax credit estimates for a UK-based feature in development
My focus sits within physical production, budgeting and cost management (rather than raising finance or connecting with investors, which is not a service I offer).
My background is as an independent producer, line producer, budgeter, production executive and tutor, with further training in production accounts.
I’ve been doing this work informally for a while alongside my full budgeting services, but with recent momentum am opening up further slots for consultancy.
