spanning healthcare leadership, social impact, business, and mentorship, she is deeply passionate
about improving lives through health education, strategic advocacy, and capacity building.
She is the Founder and CEO of HIGC Health Consultants, a healthcare solutions and
consulting firm advancing SDG 3 in Nigeria through public health advocacy, health-focused
community CSR programmes, corporate and remote-site clinic management, HMO advisory,
and medical supply solutions.
She is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Ovanna Pharma, an
indigenous, impact-driven pharmaceutical company helping to bridge the gap between global
pharmaceutical innovation and the realities of emerging markets across Nigeria and sub-Saharan
Africa.
Dr. Owen is a lifetime member of the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University,
a member of the Commonwealth Scholars and Fellows Alumni Association of Nigeria, the
