I am beyond thrilled to share that TO-GO will have its World Premiere at the 26th Landshut Short Film Festival in Munich, Germany! 🇩🇪✨ @landshuter.kurzfilmfestival TO-GO A desperate dad ruins lunch when he tries to get his daughter to help him pass a drug test. This story began years ago with writer/director @bryan.poyser . During his last semester at UT, he passed the same shirtless, drunken man every day. A man who would loudly fight with his girlfriend and eventually ask Bryan for his urine. That moment stayed with him. Years later, it became this film. At its core, TO-GO is about how you can’t outrun your worst impulses, and how they impact others, especially children. It’s about the painful realization that the person who was supposed to protect you may not have been acting in your best interest at all. It was a gift to step into this role and to bring Bryan’s vision to life. I feel incredibly grateful to have collaborated with such a talented cast and crew. And a huge thank you to my scene partner @djmrlefty (Brian McGuire). It was an honor to play across from you. U.S. audiences- stay tuned!
