Art Intensive Berlin 2026 (Spring) April 23 · 18:30 — Public Program ✧ “What is Your Utopia?” — a generative world-building workshop by Lysz Flo Through writing, sound, and Afrofuturist prompts, the workshop opens a space to imagine beyond present constraints—culminating in a shared poetic narrative of collective futures. ✧ “Don’t worry: I will do a terrible job.” — performance by Eva Salazar An interactive, absurdist invitation into sound, repetition, and collective voice—where intimacy emerges through chanting, distortion, and the playful collapse between performer and audience. ✧ “DNC [Exp I]” — live performance by Uirá dos Reis de Oliveira An evolving audiovisual experiment engaging Afro-Brazilian sonic memory through hardware-based electronic music and analog video synthesis—where rhythm, noise, and image reshape perception in real time. An evening not of resolution, but of opening—towards new imaginaries, shared frequencies, and collective presence.

💫 **Art Intensive Berlin — Spring 2026 Cohort** This April, a group of curators, artists, writers, and researchers from around the world will spend four weeks in Berlin, diving into the city’s art scene — not just observing it, but becoming part of it. Over the month, they’ll take part in studio and institutional visits, one-on-one mentorship, workshops on funding and grants, and conversations with people shaping the art world locally and internationally. The program will close with a public symposium, where participants share their work and connect with Berlin’s wider art network. Art Intensive Berlin is about access, exchange, and building sustainable creative practices — with the city itself as an active part of the experience.
